UAE, QIC provides standard coverage with an optional worldwide add-on for personal belongings, protecting valuables during travel and offering peace of mind for frequent travelers or those with cherished items.

• Building Structure – against risks like fire, storms, water damage, vandalism
• Contents and Personal Belongings including furniture, electronics, and valuables
• Optional Covers – such as domestic helper protection, garden cover
• Liability cover – Protection if your legally responsible for injury or property damage

❌ Intentional Damage: Loss or damage resulting from deliberate acts or negligence.

❌ Wear and Tear: Damage due to regular use or aging of property.

❌Unattended Property: Losses occurring when the property is left unattended or unsecured.

❌ Business Use: Items used for business

purposes may not be covered.

❌ Excluded Perils: Certain natural disasters or events may be excluded unless specifically included in the policy

1. Provide complete and truthful information during application.
2. Maintain the insured property and ensure reasonable security.
3. Lock all doors and windows when the property is unoccupied.
4. Notify QIC of any property changes affecting risk.
5. Report incidents or damages to QIC within 24 hours.
6. Provide documentation and cooperate during claims processing.

Cover runs for 12 months from your policy start date, shown in your schedule, and is renewable annually.
