    At Qatar Insurance Company, we are committed to handling every complaint fairly, transparently, and efficiently. Your feedback matters to us — and we take every concern seriously.

    When you submit a complaint, we will acknowledge it within 3 working days and provide you with a unique complaint reference number, a summary of your complaint, and the expected resolution timeline.

    We will endeavour to complete our investigation and share the outcome of your complaint within 7 working days. For more complex cases, this may take up to 21 working days. If additional time is required, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated throughout the process.

    Your complaint will always be treated fairly, objectively, and in complete confidence. Once resolved, your feedback will be used to help us continuously improve our products and services.
