QIC Insured, the retail arm of QIC, Qatar’s leading insurer announced that now filing a motor claim (both comprehensive and third party liability) can be done easily from any branch of QIC Insured. Customers’ would simply need to visit any QIC Insured branches located at West Bay, Al Khor, Abu Hamour, Landmark Mall, Villaggio or Lulu Gharaffa to file and track their motor claims.

Commenting at this new service launch, Salem Al-Mannai, Deputy Group President & CEO QIC – MENA region says, “By providing convenience, we strive to enrich customers’ experiences across all touch points. This new service also highlights our responsiveness for being available at all strategic locations in Qatar.”

He further adds, “As an insurer, processing a valid motor claim effectively is of paramount importance as it is when your promise is put to test. Bearing that in mind, we’ve ensured to make our claims process easy and convenient by being available to match customers’ expectations in time.”
