QIC Insured partners with Ooredoo to reward Nojoom members

QIC Insured – the personal insurance division of Qatar Insurance has partnered with Ooredoo to make its customers’ journey even more rewarding. Through this new partnership, customers who are members of Ooredoo’s Rewards Programme, Nojoom, can earn loyalty points when purchasing comprehensive car, annual travel, Personal Accident Benefit (PAB) and home insurances.

Now Nojoom members simply need to inform QIC staff when purchasing insurance from any of the branches of QIC. For those purchasing insurances online at qic-insured.com, the Nojoom Points will automatically get added to their Nojoom account.

QIC has always focused on meeting the direct and indirect needs of its customers. In order to build a culture of continuous improvement that uplifts customers’ experience, QIC has consistently deployed state- of- the- art technology and metrics that measure both customers’ satisfaction with journeys and the operational indicators that underlie each journey.

At the signing ceremony, which was held at Qatar Insurance Headquarters in West Bay, Deputy Group President & CEO of QIC MENA region Mr. Salem Al Mannai stated, “QIC is pleased to partner with Ooredoo. Through this distinctive partnership, we have taken a further step towards extending our range of benefits to enhance customers’ experience for being insured with us. It is our way of rewarding them for selecting QIC as their trusted insurance partner.”

Every Ooredoo residential customer with a QID can enrol into Nojoom, which enables members to earn Nojoom Points each time they use an Ooredoo service or shop at Nojoom’s earn partners or use their services. Points can be redeemed for a host of shops and services across Qatar and internationally.
